Return policy

We accept returns only for defective items only - when we erroneously forgot to declare a Major Flaw.

We do not accept exchanges.

All items must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.

Customer has 15 days to ship the item back.

Vintageplatesonline.com must be notified of the receipt of the wrong or damaged products within 5 days of receipt.

Remember that most items will show wear. All items are Vintage and some are Antique! And such will have imperfections due to the age alone and normal wear and tear. Please keep in mind that Vintage items have been used and will have small issues like surface scratches and age-appropriate wear. We will show Major issues in the photos as the part of the description. Please let us know if you would like any additional photos or clarification on the photos which are already posted!

If you receive an item damaged by the carrier, please hold on to the item, the box it came in and the packing materials until the claim is processed. We will need you to take any necessary pictures to file with the carrier.
