A wonderful piece of Americana and English pottery artistry combined — this Vintage Alfred Meakin "The Cape Cod Plate" is a classic blue and white transferware souvenir plate made in Staffordshire, England. Produced by Alfred Meakin under the Old English Staffordshire Ware line, this plate features five beautifully detailed scenic vignettes of Cape Cod, Massachusetts:

• Bridge Over Cape Cod Canal
• Highland Light Cape Cod
• Typical Cape Cod Cottage
• Fishing Boats at Dock, Cape Cod, Mass.
