A striking vintage diamond-shaped handled tray by Maling Ware, Est. 1762, Newcastle-on-Tyne, England. The surface is richly decorated with embossed peonies in soft pink, lavender, blue, and cream tones set against a warm peach lustre ground, with gilt branch and leaf detailing throughout. The distinctive diamond shape features two pierced handles on opposite ends and a gently scalloped rim — a hallmark of Maling's Art Deco-influenced decorative ware.
