Vintage Dresden Germany Porcelain Tea Caddy Fruits Dragonfly Beehive Mark [7406]

A rare and enchanting piece of German porcelain artistry, this Dresden tea caddy captivates with its exquisitely painted naturalistic panels — each facet of the octagonal body telling a different story from the garden and woodland: clusters of jewel-red currants, blush-pink gooseberries with forget-me-nots, a luminous still life of apple, pear, blackberries, and chestnut, and ethereal vignettes of a dragonfly and a woodland mushroom. The stepped collar neck with its double gold ring bands speaks to the refined craftsmanship of 19th-century Dresden. A true collector's treasure for the serious porcelain enthusiast.
