Vintage Westover DBC Chinoiserie Transferware Tea Cup Set of 4 [6004]

A rare and delightful set of four antique English polychrome transferware tea cups by Westover / D.B.C., British Manufacture, Rd No. 737/39. Each cup features a vibrant chinoiserie scene — a red-roofed pagoda, a lattice bridge, a figure carrying a parasol, and lush green foliage — hand-colored over a blue transfer print in the classic Willow-inspired tradition. The interior is adorned with a bold blue floral scroll border, and each cup is finished with a warm gold rim band. The cups are faceted/paneled in form, approximately 3 inches tall.

A wonderful collectible set for lovers of antique English chinoiserie, blue-and-white transferware, and cottagecore table settings. Sold as a set of four.
