A true piece of American hospitality history, this Black Knight Bavarian porcelain bowl was made especially for Webster Halls in 1926 — furnished by the renowned Albert Pick & Co. of Chicago, the premier hotel supply company of the era. The deep cobalt blue band is rich and commanding, adorned with a delicate gold filigree inner border and a proud gold heraldic crest at the crown, all finished with a gleaming gold rim. Made in Selb, Bavaria, this century-old piece is a rare survivor of the golden age of American hotel china.
