A delightful trio of mid-century Heinrich Selb Bavaria porcelain plates, each hand-painted with a charming whimsical figure in a different scene: a golden-haired girl in a blue and yellow pleated dress harvesting grapes from a vine, a rosy-cheeked woman in a pink and blue striped dress gathering oranges from a flowering tree, and a vivacious tropical dancer in a grass skirt beside a swaying palm. These playful, fashion-forward illustrations capture the lighthearted spirit of 1940s–1950s decorative art and make a wonderfully eclectic display set.
